Rogers Geographic
Information Systems
(GIS)
Welcome
to your City of Rogers Planning & Transportation department's Geographic Information System.
Our GIS team has developed an interactive mapping system to allow you
the citizen of Rogers, to better see and interact with many types of
information that the city can provide in a very visual manner.
GIS is a technology that is used to view and analyze data from a
geographic perspective. The technology is a piece of an organization's
overall information system framework.
We are presenting our information to you in a number of ways and in
levels of detail. While many of our maps and images are easy to
use, the amount of detail you wish to have may mean that you might need
to download a plug-in to view more interactive and detailed maps.
Most of our maps do not require any type of plug-in.
